The constantly shifting and skewed volumes that comprise this showcase for contemporary art are achieved with a composite superstructure of steel and exposed self consolidating concrete; all wrapped in a skin of precisely fabricated stainless steel folded plates. The internationally published structure has received national engineering honors from the American Institute of Steel construction and the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute.
